The Morning Baker prepares fresh baked goods daily for both Lydia’s and Sugar & Slice locations. This role includes baking and decorating cupcakes, preparing fillings and frostings, and assisting with wholesale and custom order production. We are looking for someone with commercial kitchen experience who is reliable, efficient, and enjoys working as part of a fun and fast-paced kitchen team.

 

30–35 hours per week

Wednesday–Sunday schedule

Early morning shifts

Starting at $16/hour

At Lydia’s Sugar & Slice, the Event Coordinator plans and executes events both in-store and off-site. This role manages event logistics, communicates with guests and vendors, and helps grow community partnerships and vendor opportunities. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and excited to create memorable experiences for our guests.

Hours fluctuate based on calendar demand

Includes evening and weekend availability

Starting at $18/hour

Barista/Bartenders are responsible for creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest while preparing high-quality coffee drinks, cocktails, and bakery items. This role balances efficiency and hospitality, ensuring guests feel taken care of whether they’re stopping in for a morning latte or an evening drink.

Full-time and Part-time Positions Available

Must have weekend availability

Must be 18+ for Barista and 21+ for Bartender
